Bamboo round chopsticks are usually 4.5-5.5mm in diameter and 190-240mm in length. The capacity of 8 hours is about 90000-120000 pairs. Generally, every 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo can produce about 3600-4300 pairs of round chopsticks with a diameter of 4.5-5.0mm and a length of 190mm
The wood should be processed into dry blanks with a length of more than 40cm, a width of 8cm and a thickness of 1.4cm by using woodworking band saw or woodworking circular saw, and then put into the production line.
