Product Description
1. The process flow of the above products: raw bamboo - taking and sawing - cutting bamboo strips - making knots and opening pieces with fixed width - wire drawing - bleaching - drying - cutting and sizing - polishing - finishing - sharpening - packaging
2. The above 10 sets are a production line, producing two pointed toothpicks, with an output of about 800000 pieces and about 100kg in 8 hours. 3-6 operators are required and 380V industrial power is used. The power consumption per hour is about 10-12 degrees, and the plant area is generally about 100 square meters. Add one unit of No. 9, and the output will double to 1.6 million units
3. If the user needs to produce bamboo toothpicks with one end pointed and one end engraved, it is OK to replace machine 9 (one end sharpening machine). The same 10 machines are a set, and the output is about 600000 pieces in 8 hours. If machine 9 (one end sharpening machine) is added, the output is doubled, and the output is 1.2 million pieces. At most, 3 sharpening machines can be added at the same time
4. Generally, every 100kg of fresh (wet) bamboo can produce 100000-130000 toothpicks with a diameter of 2.0mm and a length of 65mm, and about 13-16kg of dry finished toothpicks
