Working principle:

The CQ Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts,The outer ribbon push the material from the two ends to the centre, inner ribbon push the material from center to the two ends.Thus to achieve material convention to get a high effective convective mixing.
The discharging port is set in the bottom centre, with the help of the outer ribbon,the material can be discharged completely, and the cleaning is more thorough. and no dead zone.

 

 

Application:
The CQ horizontal ribbon blender is widely used in chemical,  food, and construction line.
