Working principle :
While working, through the belt drive, motor make grinding disc installed on the spline have high speed rotation, and grinding disc is equipped with a number of the toothed blade. When the coconut meat get in the machine from the feed hopper, and contacted with cutter tooth to be milled, then moved through the outlet hopper. In order to prevent the coconut meat out of touch with blade uner the action of centrifugal force, it specially design the feed hopper into a cone and added the feeding guide on the inside wall. And this can make the materials fully contact with the blade to achieve the best grinding effect. The blade are made from the high hardness, toughness and good resistence to corrosion of 1cr13, and doing quenching treatment. So they are strong and durable
