The Usuage of pomegranate peeling machine:
The pomegranate crushing separator is mainly used for the pre-treatment of pomegranate wine and pomegranate beverages. The main function of this machine is to cut, squeeze, and separate the selected and cleaned fresh pomegranate skin and pomegranate seeds.
Working Principle:
The pomegranate enters the upper crushing device from the feeding hopper, the upper crushing device presses the pomegranate, and the lower crushing device squeezes the pomegranate again. After the two-stage extrusion, the pomegranate has been basically separated from the skin and seeds, and falls into the separation device. The pomegranate seeds fall from the sieve, and the skin is discharged from the tail. The seeds and juice are pumped to the next process by screw pumps.
The gap between the upper and lower crushing rollers is adjustable, and the crushing rollers are of elastic structure;
The upper and lower crushing devices are changed to upper and lower cutting devices, which can be used to separate the skin and meat of passion fruit, lemon, etc.
