Working principle and features:
First put the cocoa beans evenly into the hopper, peel off by the rollers, and then fall to the vibrating screen to screen different particle sizes. The peeled skins of different sizes are sucked into the cyclone dust bucket outside the main machine by the wind of the fan. After storage, the peeled cocoa bean kernels are discharged through the material port, and all peeling can be achieved by adjusting the size of the wind force and the size of the peeling gap, and the peels and kernels can be separated.

Cocoa bean kernels can be peeled using this equipment without soaking in water, the peeling rate is over 95%, and the kernels and peels are automatically separated. It has the characteristics of short-time automatic feeding, peeling and discharging, automatic and consistent operation, and is practical, energy-saving, small in size, high production efficiency, easy maintenance and cleaning, and low failure rate.
